Yes! We ship via FedEx within the United States. We require a minimum order of $20 or more. Unfortunately, we are unable to ship baked goods outside of the United States due to customs restrictions.
We take great pride in our products. We want all our customers to be happy with their purchases. Since all our baked products are made from scratch by real people, sometimes mistakes can happen. If we caused a problem with your order, we would do all we can to fix it. To qualify for a refund of a product picked up at one of our stores, we need to find out about a problem within 2 days of your purchase and we need enough detail to address the problem. If you discover there was a mistake on your end of a shipping or delivery order, such as an incomplete or incorrect address, please call us right away. In some instances, we can fix the delivery problem before your products leave our bakery. Once our products leave our baking facility, it is more difficult to solve problems and many delivery and handling issues are out of our control. We will do all that we can to make you a happy customer, but in some instances, we will be unable to issue a refund.
Here are the available cake design categories depending on the advance notice:
- Ready in 6+ business hours: All products based on the time order is made.
- Ready in 48+ hours: Kakes, KetoPies
- Ready in 7 days: All products available (but limited by baking capacity and capabilities so please order as early as possible)
- Ready in 4+ Weeks: Wedding kakes available, but please call us if you need something sooner.
Yes, Keto Kake Factory does deliver locally! Here are the current guidelines and link to the delivery map and pricing by zone:
- Currently we will deliver 7 days a week. Please call us if you need a Saturday delivery and we will do our best to accommodate your request.
- Delivery hours are 1-hour slots starting at 7am and ending at 5pm. For example, the first delivery slot is between 7am – 8am and the last is between 4 – 5pm. We like to have the 1-hour buffer but if you need something to arrive at a specific time please request that in the notes section before checking out.
- The minimum order amount for delivery is $12.00
- The cost of delivery is a flat fee regardless of how many items you purchase.
The shelf life of our cakes can vary drastically depending on the surrounding temperature and humidity levels. All cakes stay fresh for a longer period of time when refrigerated. However, at typical room temperature (around 72 degrees) it is okay to leave cakes out of the refrigerator for 24 hours without noticing change in quality. Therefore, since we are not open on Sundays, it is okay to pick up a cake on Saturday afternoon and leave it unrefrigerated until it is served on Sunday, assuming typical room temperature and average humidity levels*.
If you would like a quote for cake that is not shown on our website, please send an email containing the following information (please feel free to copy this list into the email and write your answers next to each question):
- What is your name and phone number?
- What is the date and time you would need to pick-up the cake?
- What cake flavor(s) would you like? (Note if there are multiple tiers please include the flavors for each tier)
- What filling(s) would you like? (Note if there are multiple tiers please include the fillings for each tier)
- What frosting would you like?
- Attach the example picture of the cake you would like quoted
- Note any changes you would like made to the design of the cake using the attached picture as the reference.
- If the cake has fondant (smooth covering or 3D pieces on the cake), let us know if you want the fondant on your cake or prefer buttercream.
- How many people do you need to serve?
If the cake would end up being smaller than what you have pictured based on your servings is that okay OR do you want the quote to be as close as possible to the picture regardless of your required serving sizes?

We require your cake order be paid in full at the time the cake order is placed. Please note your cake order will not be fulfilled if you do not pay for the cake in advance.
